December 16, 2018 Spencer Renovation and Construction, LLC has launched Workforce Development, where officially training and vetting now occurs exclusively by Company Personnel. The company has always trained employees so this isn't a hard transition, however now there are specific benchmarks and checkpoints that trainees must meet in order to proceed. "We are blessed to have successfully sustained the industry and we are making tremendous progress, the program has been in development for quite sometime and we have rolled it out with our first group about three years ago and we monitored the success of those individuals that graduated from our first class." said Keana Spencer, Chief Accounting and Financial Officer, they are still with us (at the time of this Press Release). Billy Spencer also said, that having training in-house gives the company improved oversight in the initial molding of our workforce. NSBA is the nation’s oldest small-business advocacy organization and operates on a staunchly nonpartisan basis.
